Description
The Sapphire FL Biomolecular Imager is a field-upgradable laser scanner, with a wide selection of user-adjustable lasers and filters. It features 5-micron resolution, adjustable Z-plane focus and a wide field of view of 25cm X 25cm. Applications include near infrared (NIR) fluorescence, visible (RGB) fluorescence, phosphor imaging and calibrated densitometry of colorimetrically-stained samples.
